Leads Kepler’s worldwide legal, regulatory, compliance, government affairs, and corporate governance functions, advising executives and the Board while supporting the company’s growth and satellite operations.
What you'll do
- Set global legal and regulatory strategy and advise the CEO, executive leadership, and Board.
- Oversee corporate legal matters, regulatory affairs, compliance, government relations, and risk management.
- Lead and develop Legal and Regulatory Affairs teams and manage external counsel and regulatory consultants.
