About the job
Own and improve Keycard’s evaluation journey and developer experience, making it easier for teams to evaluate the product and reach a production decision without hands-on assistance.
What you'll do
- Define and measure evaluation stages, milestones, and metrics across the journey from first touch to production decision.
- Improve developer onboarding surfaces—including SDK quickstarts, CLI, console setup, documentation, and template repositories—and reduce time to first credential exchange.
- Turn field-engineering walkthroughs into self-guided evaluation paths, using customer research and experiments to improve them.
