Shapes the cross-product experience architecture and information systems that make Khan Academy’s products coherent for students, teachers, parents, and district administrators.
What you'll do
- Own and evolve product interaction models, information architecture, navigation, role and permission models, and shared terminology across products.
- Map cross-product journeys and create experience maps, service blueprints, architecture diagrams, and design patterns for teams.
- Advise and influence product teams on coherent design decisions; develop alignment frameworks and directly prototype or redesign foundational flows when needed.
