Leads psychometric and efficacy research and owns analytics reporting for Khan Academy Kids, using evidence and performance data to improve assessments and support organizational decisions.
What you'll do
- Manage psychometric research partnerships, recurring assessment data sharing, analyses, study coordination, and technical documentation.
- Interpret research findings and work with product and engineering teams to improve scoring models and assessments.
- Build and maintain the KPI dashboard and prepare recurring and ad hoc app performance reports.
