Serves as the People partner for Engineering and Data while building AI-powered workflows and talent systems to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain AI-powered workflows and agents across the employee lifecycle; develop talent systems, career ladders, and promotion criteria.
- Lead compensation planning, performance coaching, employee relations, and workforce planning for Engineering and Data.
- Build analytics and dashboards, develop managers, shape people policies, and support IPO-readiness workstreams.
