Leads Kindred’s product design and research team, owning the end-to-end member experience across web and mobile while setting design strategy and building an AI-native practice.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and grow a cross-disciplinary team spanning product design, research, and content/UX writing.
- Set design vision and strategy, partnering with cross-functional leaders and grounding decisions in member insights and data.
- Own experience quality and design systems, and guide AI use in prototyping, research synthesis, and production.
