What you'll do
- Design AI-powered workflows, copilots, and agents for People processes, integrating SaaS and internal platforms.
- Set technical direction and standards for AI system design, evaluation, security, testing, and observability.
- Partner with People, IT, Security, Legal, and other teams to identify use cases, measure impact, and enable responsible AI adoption.
