Runs day-to-day operations for Global Services by managing cross-functional projects, systems, automations, processes, and reporting.
What you'll do
- Manage operational projects, translating ambiguous requests into plans and coordinating stakeholders to address risks and blockers.
- Build, maintain, and document systems, automations, and scalable workflows supporting service delivery and reporting.
- Support operational metrics and dashboards, coordinating with analysts and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely data.
