Sets the vision and roadmap for Klaviyo’s data ingestion platform, modernizing pipelines and improving data movement, reliability, and scale.
What you'll do
- Define the platform mission, roadmap, and strategy for ingesting and transforming high-volume data from diverse sources.
- Partner with engineering, SRE, and platform teams to build scalable, resilient, observable ingestion systems and improve operational reliability.
- Set success metrics and use AI and automation to reduce operational toil and accelerate engineering productivity.
