Administers and improves incentive compensation programs for Klaviyo’s Customer Experience organization, with broader support for GTM reporting, data integrity, and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Calculate and administer CX incentive payouts, apply plan rules, maintain compensation records, and resolve participant inquiries.
- Build compensation reports and dashboards, query and reconcile data, and support financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Partner with Finance, Systems, and business leaders on planning, data quality, controls, and process improvements.
