What you'll do
- Own the reliability, security, and roadmap for assigned IT systems; lead projects from scoping through rollout and documentation.
- Automate and integrate systems, define success measures, and resolve complex issues through root-cause analysis.
- Set technical standards, support audits and change management, and mentor colleagues.
What they ask for
- 4+ years of hands-on systems engineering or administration experience owning enterprise systems in production.
- Experience managing macOS and iOS devices at scale through an MDM, including configuration profiles, policies, and OS update strategy.
- Working knowledge of enterprise device management, identity and access management, endpoint security, and SaaS administration; experience with SSO, SCIM, and identity lifecycle management.
- Automation scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python; API integration experience; participation in an after-hours on-call rotation.

- Experience with Workato, Okta Workflows, n8n, AWS Lambda, AI-enabled production workflows, infrastructure-as-code, or ITSM platforms.
