Senior IT Systems Engineer

What you'll do

• Own the reliability, security, and roadmap of identity, endpoint, or core SaaS systems; serve as an escalation point and drive issues to root cause.
• Lead system projects end to end, including solution design, rollout, testing, rollback planning, communication, and documentation.
• Automate IT workflows, define success measures, and mentor peers through reviews and feedback.

What they ask for

• 4+ years of hands-on systems engineer or systems administrator experience owning enterprise systems in production.
• Working knowledge of enterprise device management, identity and access management, and endpoint security; experience managing macOS and iOS at scale through an MDM.
• Administration of core SaaS platforms and hands-on IdP work, including SSO, SCIM provisioning, group and role design, and app onboarding.
• Scripting with Bash, PowerShell, or Python; API integration experience; disciplined change management and clear technical communication.

Nice to have

• Jamf; Windows management with Intune or Autopilot; Okta or Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience with AI-enabled production workflows, IT automation platforms, cloud infrastructure, networking, infrastructure-as-code, or ITSM tools.

Pay

$112,000 — $168,000 USD base salary
