Leads the design and delivery of user-experience improvements that help new customers onboard, adopt Klaviyo, and succeed, using experimentation and data to guide iteration.
What you'll do
- Own projects from requirements refinement through implementation and delivery, maintaining the quality and operational health of features.
- Lead the end-to-end experimentation process, including A/B test design and implementation and interpreting results to improve the product.
- Set technical strategy, collaborate across teams, and mentor engineers while improving development and operational practices.
