Build and scale AI-powered solutions, prototypes, and workflows that help Klaviyo’s Customer Success organization improve efficiency, decision-making, and AI adoption.
What you'll do
- Partner with Success leaders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities and turn them into roadmaps.
- Prototype, integrate, evaluate, and help productize AI systems and workflows with engineering teams.
- Create documentation and lead workshops and other enablement to improve teams’ AI fluency.
