Build and scale practical AI solutions and workflows that improve Global Services’ efficiency, content creation, learning, and decision-making.
What you'll do
- Identify and prioritize AI opportunities with Services leaders, translating them into roadmaps with outcomes and milestones.
- Prototype, integrate, evaluate, and refine AI systems, workflows, prompts, agents, and retrieval solutions; collaborate with engineering on production implementations.
- Create documentation and lead training sessions to help teams adopt AI effectively.
