Build and scale practical AI solutions and workflows that improve Global Services operations, enable teams, and address business challenges.
What you'll do
- Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities, then define roadmaps and outcomes with Services leaders.
- Prototype, integrate, evaluate, and iterate on AI-powered workflows; collaborate with engineering to productize successful solutions.
- Develop documentation and lead workshops and other enablement to improve AI fluency and adoption.
