Supports customer success operations and develops, tests, and maintains AI workflows that help customers adopt and gain value from KnowBe4’s security awareness and phishing simulation platform.
What you'll do
- Build, test, maintain, and help roll out AI workflows, prompts, scripts, scorecards, and reporting for Customer Management.
- Validate AI outputs against source data, including Salesforce, ChurnZero, and Snowflake; document errors and help fix them.
- Support adoption insights and customer success operations by maintaining trackers, dashboards, runbooks, data definitions, and templates.
