A customer-facing consultant who designs, configures, tests, and deploys KnowBe4 solutions, guiding customers from technical discovery through go-live and handoff to Customer Success.
What you'll do
- Lead customer discovery, stakeholder communications, and technical requirements gathering; translate findings into implementation plans and solution designs.
- Configure and integrate solutions, lead testing and deployment, and troubleshoot technical blockers.
- Advise and train customers, provide documentation and technical knowledge transfer, and prepare administrators to operate the solution.
