About the job
Build and manage recruiting pipelines, primarily for go-to-market roles, and lead candidates and hiring managers through the full hiring process for KnowBe4’s Arlington office.
What you'll do
- Source and evaluate candidates, advise managers, and manage recruiting activity through offers using Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, check references, arrange exercises, and coach candidates on sales role plays.
- Meet hiring goals, attend recruiting events, and contribute updates in weekly meetings.
