About the job

Build and lead KoBold’s endpoint, identity, and SaaS client platform engineering, automating device and employee lifecycle operations for a distributed global workforce.

What you'll do

  • Automate endpoint provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and lifecycle management across macOS and Windows fleets.
  • Own identity access and SaaS lifecycle automation, including Okta, Google Workspace, onboarding, offboarding, and license renewals.
  • Set technical direction, mentor global IT support staff, and collaborate on security, observability, and remote-site connectivity.

What they ask for

  • 7+ years in client platform engineering, IT engineering, or similar roles combining hands-on technical depth with operational ownership.
  • Deep experience with MDM platforms, particularly Jamf and Microsoft Intune; experience building zero-touch provisioning and self-service deployment workflows at scale.
  • Strong identity and access management experience; strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar.
  • Experience with endpoint monitoring and fleet management at scale, SaaS licensing and renewals, and technical leadership.

Nice to have

  • Okta experience is strongly preferred; familiarity with Google Workspace administration, CrowdStrike, Datadog, or the MacAdmins open-source ecosystem is a plus.
  • Experience supporting global teams across multiple time zones.
