About the job
Own the platform foundations and roadmap that enable Kodex products, customers, and engineering teams to securely exchange data and build on shared infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Own the KIP identity-provider roadmap and drive MCP use cases and integrations.
- Shape bi-directional API strategy and platform infrastructure decisions, including Nitro Enclaves and compliance readiness.
- Align internal product and engineering teams, drive platform adoption, and translate technical customer needs into platform capabilities.
What they ask for
- 4+ years of Product Management or Technical Program Management experience at Enterprise B2B SaaS, with senior-tier ownership at established platform companies.
- Experience owning platform, API, identity, or integrations work, such as developer-facing APIs, identity providers, SSO, or RBAC.
- Technical fluency to engage with engineering leaders on architecture, prioritization, and design decisions.
- Experience in a sensitive-data domain such as fintech, security, health tech, or compliance.
Nice to have
- Software engineering background transitioned into PM; prior experience at enterprise-platform companies.
- MCP or agentic AI product experience; bi-directional API or webhook design at scale; or compliance-framework experience.

$170K – $210K USD base salary
