Provides technical escalation and end-user support while improving IT and cloud infrastructure through automation and infrastructure-as-code projects.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and resolve issues across operating systems, devices, and cloud or datacenter infrastructure; guide users onsite and remotely.
- Automate IT and infrastructure processes and collaborate on infrastructure-as-code projects.
- Support, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, WiFi, VPN, and cloud network infrastructure; coordinate resolutions and test platforms and services.

$180,000 — $220,000 USD (base salary)
