Designs and delivers operational training for Kodiak’s Operations organization, maintaining LMS content and helping teams work safely and effectively with autonomous fleet operations.
What you'll do
- Build, update, and maintain operational, technical, and safety training modules in Kodiak University.
- Facilitate onboarding and ongoing hands-on training, and coach and assess trainees.
- Work with operational leaders and subject matter experts to evaluate training effectiveness and improve content.
