Product Strategy & Operations Associate

What you'll do

• Analyze ambiguous cross-functional problems and guide recommendations through leadership decisions; define KPIs and report field performance, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Design scalable operational processes and manage feedback from Field Operations into prioritized product and engineering requirements.
• Coordinate rapid testing, validation, and deployment of product features in operational environments.

What they ask for

• At least 2 years of post-undergraduate experience in strategy consulting, business operations, or a similar analytical role, or an equivalent Strategy & Operations / BizOps role at a technology company.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent demonstrated rigor in systems thinking and process optimization.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, data-driven process improvement, attention to detail, and communication skills across teams and senior stakeholders.
• Full-time work in the Mountain View, CA office and willingness to travel up to 25% to customer and deployment locations.

Nice to have

• Comfort with SQL, Excel/Sheets, or Kibana/Elastic.
• Experience in autonomy, mobility, supply chain, logistics, hardware/manufacturing operations, product or technology engagements, or both startup and larger-company environments.

Pay

$125,000 — $150,000 USD (base salary)
