Senior Software Engineer, Behavior Prediction- Planning

What you'll do

• Own prediction improvements and collaborate with ML teams on models, outputs, uncertainty, and failure modes.
• Improve prediction-planning interfaces and evaluate prediction-related planning behavior and failures.
• Lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.

What they ask for

• Strong experience in behavior prediction, trajectory prediction, actor intent modeling, or related autonomous-vehicle prediction problems.
• Strong software engineering skills and proficiency in C++.
• Experience with planning systems and understanding how prediction affects planning, safety, comfort, and system behavior.
• Ability to analyze complex autonomy failures using logs, metrics, and simulation.

Nice to have

• Python proficiency.

$170,000 — $210,000 USD base salary
