Senior Salesforce Consultant (Patient Services)

What you'll do

• Lead customer requirements sessions and determine solution designs, including Salesforce components, integrations, and third-party tools.
• Lead configuration specialists and business analysts through solution design, documentation, and build activities.
• Guide customer design reviews and contribute to training and implementation initiatives.

What they ask for

• Deep expertise in pharmaceuticals, clinical trial sponsorships, or healthcare/life sciences compliance, including experience designing solutions for global pharma, government-funded research, or contract research organizations.
• At least 3+ years focused on Salesforce architecture in life sciences or pharma organizations.
• 5+ years documenting business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending future-state processes and system designs.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification and Salesforce Platform Administrator II; experience leading full Salesforce project lifecycles and designing integrations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with pharma transparency, grant reporting standards, grant-management AppExchange tools, Veeva, or other industry platforms.
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant.

Pay

$147,000 — $175,000 USD (annual base pay, San Francisco Bay Area and New York City); $128,000 — $160,000 USD (annual base pay, all other US locations)
