About the job
Own reliability engineering for Kong’s Managed Gateways platform and lead enterprise customers through Cloud Gateways implementation and onboarding.
What you'll do
- Architect and operate resilient cloud-native systems, including monitoring, incident response, and SLO/SLI reporting.
- Lead and mentor SREs, while developing automation and self-service tools for gateway operations.
- Own customer implementations across cloud providers and turn recurring patterns into playbooks and platform capabilities.
