Operates, scales, and improves Kong’s multi-region SaaS platform across cloud providers, focusing on reliability, infrastructure automation, and production operations.
What you'll do
- Operate and scale the global SaaS platform, maintaining reliability, availability, and performance across regions and clouds.
- Build and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure, deployment workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps practices.
- Improve observability, incident response, and multi-region data systems; participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
