Leads and builds Kong’s Managed Gateways SRE team while contributing hands-on to reliability, scalability, and operations for managed gateway services.
What you'll do
- Hire, lead, mentor, and grow the Managed Gateways SRE team; contribute directly to early implementations and reliability work.
- Design and operate resilient cloud-native systems and own monitoring, incident response, post-mortems, and service improvement.
- Define and report SLOs and SLIs, automate operational workflows, and collaborate across teams on roadmap and operational readiness.
