Owns global legal strategy and leadership for derivatives and trading products across Payward’s licensed entities and jurisdictions.
What you'll do
- Set derivatives structuring strategy across products, venues, entities, and clearing models; advise on cross-entity architecture and risk.
- Serve as senior legal owner for derivatives and trading launches and regulatory engagement, partnering with Regulatory Legal and Global Policy.
- Build and lead the multi-jurisdictional legal team, including hiring, development, and succession planning.
