What you'll do
- Manage client communications, delivery status, risks, check-ins, and business reviews.
- Develop partner account plans, map stakeholders, and identify expansion opportunities with the growth team.
- Maintain accurate account and project systems, coordinate with engineers, and report delivery health and growth to leadership.
