Leads Lambda’s accounting organization and operations, strengthening financial reporting, controls, systems, and teams as the company scales its AI infrastructure business.
What you'll do
- Oversee accounting operations and timely close processes across entities and product lines, including the general ledger, revenue recognition, fixed assets, and lease accounting.
- Develop accounting systems, automation, AI, ERP optimization, internal controls, and policies to support accurate, scalable reporting and SOX compliance.
- Lead and develop the accounting team; partner with executives and cross-functional leaders, and oversee external audits and quarterly reviews.
What they ask for
- 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and senior leadership in a high-growth technology company.
- Experience operating in or preparing an organization for public-company standards.
- Deep US GAAP expertise, including revenue recognition, fixed assets, leases, and complex commercial arrangements; strong knowledge of internal controls and SOX compliance.
- CPA required; proven ability to build and scale accounting teams and communicate complex accounting topics clearly.
