What you'll do
- Evaluate and execute transactions, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
- Develop investment theses, market analyses, and business case memos or executive presentations.
- Identify strategic partnerships and track industry trends and market opportunities.
What they ask for
- 4–5 years of M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, focused on data centers, digital infrastructure, and real estate.
- Financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, including real estate development models, merger models, and accretion/dilution analysis.
