Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots data center infrastructure, coordinating deployments, inventory, and support across Lambda data centers.
What you'll do
- Rack, label, cable, and configure server, storage, and network infrastructure; document layouts and network topology in DCIM software.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and coordinate resolution of infrastructure support tickets and faulty-part returns.
- Manage parts inventory and equipment flow, and coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing teams on deployments.
