What you'll do
- Negotiate high-value leases, colocation, service, equipment, design, and construction agreements; manage contracts and lease portfolios after signing.
- Develop contracting strategies for owned capacity, run competitive bids, and oversee changes, claims, disputes, and supplier performance.
- Establish contract standards and governance, partnering with cross-functional teams and briefing executives on deal strategy and risks.
