Manages hardware and infrastructure quality across data center deployments and production by investigating failures, driving corrective actions, and tracking quality performance.
What you'll do
- Track quality issues, analyze failures and production data, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Improve RMA turnaround, verify spare parts, and manage MRB inventory and disposition.
- Maintain QMS records, quality KPIs, and quality gates in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
