About the job
Supports Lambda’s Commercial and Corporate Legal teams with transactions and projects to improve contract review and management.
What you'll do
- Support commercial agreements and corporate transactions, including M&A, financing, and public company readiness.
- Develop contract triage playbooks, clause and template libraries, and negotiation response templates.
- Use AI tools to build and test an intake workflow, and assist with onboarding a contract lifecycle management platform.
