Supports network service delivery by tracking carrier and facility orders, assisting with circuit testing, and maintaining accurate service records.
What you'll do
- Track cross-connect, carrier, and facility requests through completion, flagging delays or discrepancies.
- Assist engineers with turn-up documentation, testing, and gathering test results under senior direction.
- Maintain circuit records and organize service documentation for Operations handover and purchasing and billing updates.
