Owns Lambda’s customer-facing cloud console as a unified product, setting shared standards and ensuring it works consistently for new users, operators, and platform teams.
What you'll do
- Define console product direction, navigation, identity and permissions presentation, and interaction standards across Lambda services.
- Align console behavior with the API, command line, and infrastructure as code; guide service teams’ launches into the shared experience.
- Use customer research and instrumentation to improve onboarding and operator workflows, set launch criteria, and measure outcomes.
