What you'll do
- Evaluate and execute M&A, investments, debt and equity raises, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead financial modeling, valuation, capital structure analysis, and due diligence; communicate findings in memos and presentations.
- Develop investment theses, financing strategies, and market analyses while tracking industry and capital-market trends.
