What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer, data center, partner, reseller, distributor, and marketing agreements.
- Manage enterprise deal negotiations with the AGC and advise cross-functional teams on contract structure and legal risk.
- Improve contracting operations, templates, playbooks, and use of legal technology and automation tools.
