Leads commercial contracting and supply-chain compliance for large capital projects, setting standards, negotiating agreements, managing claims and obligations, and advising business teams on contractual risk.
What you'll do
- Establish contracting and procurement standards, templates, controls, and training across sites.
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage claims, disputes, supplier onboarding, and contract obligations.
- Maintain audit-ready compliance and reporting, advise stakeholders, and coordinate with Legal and outside counsel.
