Partners with customer engineering teams to design, build, deploy, and operate production AI agents using LangChain’s platform, while supporting technical evaluations and customer adoption.
What you'll do
- Co-architect and build production AI agents with customers, and advise on deployment, operation, and architecture.
- Lead pre-sales technical evaluations by designing POCs, answering technical questions, and guiding evaluations.
- Deliver demos, training, and workshops; share customer feedback and reusable patterns, and occasionally contribute upstream code.
