Own and scale LangChain’s order-to-cash operations, including enterprise, marketplace, and self-serve billing, while setting and delivering an automation roadmap.
What you'll do
- Manage order operations end to end, from order intake, booking, and provisioning through invoicing, amendments, renewals, and month-end reconciliation.
- Build cloud marketplace and self-serve billing operations, including private offers, usage reporting, billing changes, and reconciliation.
- Set the automation roadmap, improve billing accuracy, and establish operational playbooks and controls in partnership with cross-functional teams.
