Own and scale LangChain’s order-to-cash operations, including order processing, billing, marketplace sales, month-end reconciliation, and automation.
What you'll do
- Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including booking, provisioning, invoicing, amendments, true-ups, and renewals.
- Build cloud marketplace and self-serve billing operations, and ensure billing and usage are reconciled at month-end.
- Set and deliver the automation roadmap, controls, and playbooks in partnership with Deal Strategy, GTM Systems, Finance, and Engineering.
