Partners with customers to design, build, evaluate, deploy, and operate production AI agents using LangChain’s platform, supporting both pre-sales evaluations and post-sale adoption.
What you'll do
- Co-architect and build production AI agents with customer engineering teams; guide deployments and ongoing operations.
- Lead technical pre-sales evaluations, including POCs, demos, and technical guidance; advise customers post-sale on architecture and best practices.
- Deliver developer trainings and workshops, and share customer feedback through reusable patterns, examples, and occasional upstream code contributions.
