- Build, mentor, and grow an engineering team while strengthening engineering culture and technical quality.
- Set technical direction for LangSmith’s scalability and reliability; lead by example in writing and testing code.
- Partner with product, design, and customers to define initiatives and turn customer needs into product improvements.
