What you'll do
- Onboard customers by understanding their workflows, configuring AI agents, and providing training.
- Own customer relationships and account health from kickoff through adoption and renewal, addressing concerns and reducing churn.
- Develop repeatable customer success playbooks and relay customer feedback to Product, Sales, and Marketing.
