Leads Latent Health’s Applied AI strategy and team, building and operating reliable production AI agents and intelligence systems for clinical and pharmacy workflows.
What you'll do
- Set Applied AI strategy and lead development of production AI systems, Latent Agent, evaluation frameworks, and shared foundations.
- Guide model, prompting, agent infrastructure, and post-training decisions; own reliability of live AI systems.
- Build and develop the team, and partner with Product, Engineering, and business leaders on priorities and measurable outcomes.
