About the job
Leads end-to-end onboarding and deployment projects for health systems adopting Latent’s platform, coordinating stakeholders through go-live and stabilization.
What you'll do
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and customer communication from kickoff through go-live.
- Coordinate technical integrations and cross-functional handoffs, escalating blockers and translating requirements between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain implementation documentation and KPIs, support workflow adoption and change management, and ensure a smooth handoff to Support.
